RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you receive either faulty goods, the incorrect order, or are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form, and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition and packaging they were shipped in.
Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to refund or exchange products that have been opened or are un-sealed, unless they are damaged upon delivery. We are only able to offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are also not offered on promotional, reduced, or discounted items. In the event of damaged items upon delivery, we can only assist with a refund or replacement upon receiving video or picture proof of damage.
When requesting a return, please include the following information that was used to place the order:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- Specify if you are requesting a refund, an exchange or replacement
Returns, exchanges, and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise you use a tracked service and that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have sent the wrong item, or the item is faulty.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.
Once we have received the item, it will be inspected and we will let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this. In the unlikely event you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
