Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday the same day. During busy periods this may not be possible, and will instead be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Royal Mail website. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for delivery in 48 hours from dispatch but this can't be guaranteed. Ordering over busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday may delay shipping times.
